Kwest Art gives you the option of purchasing one of our images mounted in modern acrylic frames with Acrylic Ice™.
This cost effective, modern and stylish mounting system is different to stretched canvas in that it sandwiches a printed image (on either canvas or paper) between two sheets of acrylic. Acrylic Ice™ uses very high quality laser cut 4.5mm ultra clear acrylic sheets in front and a 3mm frosted back panel. Larger units use 4.5m back panels for rigidity.

Acrylic Ice™ features a standoff system that gives a 2.5cm (1 inch) separation from the wall With European styled stainless steel or Anodised Aluminium finishes.

Your image can be printed so that it goes right to the edge of the panel or with a 6cm border on all 4 sides. With a border, the frosted back sheet of acrylic creates a diffuse border the colour of whatever the wall is.

Each Acrylic Ice™ comes with hanging wire securely attached in addition to the four standoffs. This allows for easy hanging just like hanging a stretched canvas. Even if you don’t bolt the four standoffs to the wall, the standoffs are still attached to the acrylic and, when hung, will separate the acrylic from the wall.
